This is the only room AV Services manages in the University Center Building
All of the other rooms are managed by the Commons at ex. 53454
1. The Control is located on the left-hand side of the screen as you face it. Press the "ON" button which will flash as the projector warms up
2. Wait for ceiling mounted projector to warm up then select your Source
3. Plug in your Laptop to the provided VGA Cable and start your Laptop

1. Press "Display Power" Button on Extron switcher, the Power button will flash as the projector warms up.
2 . Wait 30 seconds for projector to warm up then choose the desired input or source
3 . For laptop plug your computer in with the VGA and mini audio cable, select "PC"
as a source and system will auto detect your laptop
4. Built-in Dell PC Keyboard is located in drawer, there is no mouse please use provided track pad

1. Locate AV Controls, they are tucked inside a door (the door is located on the wall to the right-hand side of the screen as you face front)
2. Turn Projector on using the power swithc on the Media Link Control
3. Select input source to project: DVD, VHS or Computer 3 for Laptop Display

1. Press Start button-> Press start up system. System should be ON at all times
2. Press Select Device to choose desired Source or input
3. At this point you should see the selected input in the Preview Monitor
4. Press SEND TO VIDEO PROJECTOR if projector was off it will now turn on
Volume Control
Program controls the DVD, VHS, built-in Computer, and Laptop input sound levels
Microphone controls both the wireless and podium mic levels.

Instructions:

Wait 30 seconds for projector to warm up and after the "on" buttons light becomes solid, choose the desired input
Plug computer in with the VGA and audio cable, and then start computer.

What this Lecture Hall can do:
1. Computer Projection with built in PC or with Laptop via VGA Cable
2. Play Standard DVD and VHS Media
3. Document Camera
4. Wireless Lavaliere Microphone
Instructions:
1. Use the Control Panel to turn the projector on
2. Select Source
3. If using built-In PC select "Laptop" from the Control Panel, the system will auto change if you plug in your Laptop to the VGA Laptop input
4. Document Camera is the white flat screen on the top of the podium, light switch is recessed on the right hand side - this unit also functions as the Overhead Projector for the Lecture Hall
5. Wireless Lavalier Microphone and remote for DVD & VHS are in drawer on the right

Box features a Trash folder, that allows you to recover files and folders that have been deleted.
Deleted items which have been moved to the Trash will still count against your total storage allocation. When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the user who deleted the item will be able to recover the items from the Trash. The item’s size will only be counted against the owner’s storage quota.
To access the Trash, chose ‘Trash’ from the right sidebar on the “All Files and Folders Page” in the section marked “Resources.”
On the Trash page you have the option to recover or empty the entire Trash folder, or specific items as needed. To empty or recover the entire folder, simply select “Empty All” or “Recover All” from the top of the page. Recovered files and folders will be restored to the location they were deleted from.
To recover or remove specific items from the trash, simply select the check box to the right of one or more items you want to recover or remove and either select ‘Delete’ or ‘Recover’ from the gray bar above the files.
