    <div>Withdrawn courses and courses utilizing S/U grading count as attempts but do not impact your GPA.</div>

    <div>Withdrawing from individual courses can be done via the Schedule &amp; Registration system in myUMBC. </div>

    <p><strong>This stipend is for students who have obtained, or are in the process of obtaining, a summer 2025 internship that is unpaid. Please only apply to be considered for this stipend if this is your situation.</strong> </p>
    <p>Have you been offered an exciting internship opportunity that does not include a paid salary or stipend? Whether you have already accepted a position or are in the process of applying, you may be eligible to apply for a financial stipend.</p>
    <p>The UMBC Career Center and College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences are proud to announce the continuation of the <strong>Student Internship &amp; Service Fund</strong>, thanks to the generous support of our alumni and the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.</p>
    <p><strong>STIPEND AMOUNTS:</strong></p>
    <ul>
    <li>
    <strong>$2,000 stipend</strong> <strong>for unpaid internships totaling 120 hours</strong> or more this summer</li>
    <li>
    <strong>$1,000 stipend</strong> <strong>for unpaid volunteer service totaling 60 hours</strong> or more this summer</li>
    </ul>
    <p><strong>ELIGIBILITY:</strong></p>
    <ul>
    <li>
    <strong>GPA of 2.5</strong> or higher</li>
    <li>You must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student <strong>studying in the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences</strong> who will return to UMBC in Fall 2025.</li>
    <li>You must have obtained, OR plan to obtain an<strong> unpaid position.</strong>
    </li>
    <li>If you have not already obtained an unpaid position for summer, you must secure a position by May 1, 2025.</li>

    <p>With the halfway point of the semester being passed, the CyberDawgs 
    wanted to offer everyone a meeting where they could relax, enjoy a 
    movie, and get some free food, snacks, candy, and drinks!</p>
    <p>Tonight is a <strong>Cyber Movie Night!</strong> We will be showing <em>Hackers</em>. The movie will be in <strong>COMMONS 331.</strong><strong><br><br>Doors Open at 7:00 PM and the movie starts promptly at 7:15 PM</strong>, so make sure you arrive early to grab a seat and food. No Webex tonight, for legal reasons.</p>
    <p><strong><strong><u>Free Food and Drinks?</u></strong></strong><br>Yes, there will be pizza, drinks (soda/water), popcorn, and candy!</p>
    <p><strong><strong><u>Hackers (1995)</u><br></strong></strong><em>A teenage hacker finds himself framed for the theft of millions of dollars from a major corporation. Master hacker Dade Murphy, aka Zero Cool, aka Crash Override, has been banned from touching a keyboard for seven years after crashing over 1,500 Wall Street computers at the age of 11. Now keen to get back in front of a monitor, he finds himself in more trouble than ever.</em></p>

    <div>UMBC Parking Services is proud to once again team up with Retriever Essentials for the return of the Food for Fines. This program is scheduled to run from March 31-April 18.</div>
    <div><br></div>
    <div>How does this work? Donate any five non-perishable food items and/or five toiletry items and we will reduce one citation (<strong>up to a $50 violation</strong>) to a warning. Items needed include:</div>
    <div><br></div>
    <div>1 - Protein-Based Non-Perishable Items </div>
    <div>2 - Microwaveable Foods (Not just Ramen - Non-refrigerated)</div>
    <div>3 - Protein Shakes and Bars</div>
    <div>4 - Shelf-stable Milk</div>
    <div>5 - Toothpaste, Shampoo and Soap</div>
    <div><em><strong><br></strong></em></div>
    <div><em><strong>Please note...we cannot accept Toilet Paper and Paper Towels.</strong></em></div>
    <div><br></div>
    <div>All items should be donated to Parking Services (900 Walker Avenue, Suite 107). All donations must be new and unopened. Donations will be accepted from 8 AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday, in our offices. We are closed for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.</div>

The workshop is aimed at students, but faculty and staff are welcome to attend as well. To accommodate schedules, the 90-minute workshop will be held starting at 10 am, Noon, and 2 pm.</span></p>
    <p><span>The workshop will address what it means to engage with AI systems in an increasingly digital world and cover the principles of ethical leadership, AI challenges and governance, ethical dilemmas with AI, and more.</span></p></span><div>
