1. In myUMBC, under 'Topics' click on either Faculty Center or Staff Center. 
2. Then under Classes & Grades, click on Administrative Reports (you may have to scroll down to "additional reports").
3. If you are prompted for a username and password, your username is 'ad\' followed by your myUMBC username, and your password is your myUMBC password.  
4. Once into REX, available grade distribution reports can be found by clicking on the Student Records and Enrollment folder and then the Course Enrollment folder.

1. Install Camtasia Relay (if you haven't done so already).
2. Launch the Camtasia Relay program by double-clicking on the desktop icon
3. Enter your myUMBC username and password
4. Ensure that the Presenter button is selected
5. Select a profile on the dashboard by clicking on the drop down menu labeled Profile 

6. Select the UMBC FAQ Youtube

   This profile is configured to upload to the correct account in YouTube where the final output will be upload.
7. Enter a meaningful title in the Title field
8. Enter the time of the recording in the Description field
9. Check the Audio Input Level to ensure sound is being recorded
10. Click the Rec button
11. Click the Stop button once the lecture is finished
12. Click Submit to start the encoding and uploading process

Access Your UMBC YouTube FAQ video and copy the Video ID

1. Open a new window or tab and enter the following URL: http://www.youtube.com/user/UMBCFAQ/videos
2. Locate and Select your video

3. Copy the Video ID from the URL

   Video ID = the characters and numbers found between the “=” sign and the “&” symbol

Insert the video into the "Show Me" part of the FAQ article

1. Create an article from the FAQ template (if you haven't done so already).
2. Open the FAQ article in which you need to add the video
3. Click on the Edit menu
   Under the Show Me header:
4. Locate the “Thumbnail =” line and highlight <insert video ID>
5. Paste the Video ID you copied from the UMBC YouTube FAQ Channel
6. Locate the “Link to =” line and highlight the <insert video ID>
7. Paste the Video ID you copied from the UMBC YouTube FAQ Channel

Insert the Thumbnail Image in the FAQ article

1. Highlight the URL in “Thumbnail =”
2. Copy the URL
3. Click on the Insert menu and select the “Image” option
4. Select “From the Web” on the left hand menu
5. Paste the URL you copied from the “Thumbnail =” section
6. Click the Insert button
   You are returned to the FAQ article and the thumbnail image now appears
7. Click once on the thumbnail image
8. Select the Link button
9. Select “Web Link” in the left hand menu
10. Return to your UMBC YouTube window
11. Copy the entire URL
12. Return the wiki window.
13. Paste the URL you copied from the YouTube page in the Address field
14. Click the Insert button

15. Highlight and Delete the text “Thumbnail =” and the entire “Link to =….” line of text

    Only the Thumbnail picture and the “Video = 00:00” should remain on the page

16. Enter the length of the video

    Icon

    You can get the length of the video from the UMBC YouTube page
17. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page
