Satan Saves

<Tagline>If he saves us from destruction, shouldn't we be thankful..?</Tagline>

PAW THIS POST

This is an Honors University. On your honor, before commenting on this thread, watch the video below. Otherwise you have no position from which to either criticize or approve of this post.

..

Summary of the video (not an excuse for not watching it):

1. Islam has a "Secret Santa" that saved us from being destroyed. Who is this secret saviour?
a. No, it's not Allah. You'll see in a moment that Islam's secret saviour rescues us from Allah.
b. No, it's not Muhammad. Muhammad said, in Sahih Al-Bukhari 2753 "I cannot save you from Allah['s punishment]!"

2. In order to know who saved us from Allah, let's think about why Allah was going to destroy us.
a. Sahih Muslim 6621 and 6622: "If you were not to commit sins, Allah would have swept you out of existence and replaced you with a people who would commit sins, and seek forgiveness from Allah, so he could pardon them."
b. Allah wants us to sin so that he can forgive us. If we don't sin, Allah can't be merciful--he depends on humans to sin so that he can show us his mercy. (It would seem that Allah is not complete without a sinful creation)

3. So in order to avoid being destroyed by Allah, WE MUST SIN. So how come we're here now?
a. Qur'an 2:35-36 and Qur'an 7:19-22 : Adam and Eve sinned because Satan tempted them.
b. If they had not sinned, Allah would have destroyed them.
c. Thus, Satan saved humanity from destruction from Allah by causing us to sin.

4. Why do we sin today?
a. We sin because Satan tempts us.
b. Qur'an 15:39 Satan vows to mislead all of humanity
c. But if Islam is true, we shouldn't hate him--we should thank him, because we wouldn't be here if it weren't for him--our undercover ally

5. Who is Allah's ultimate nemesis?
a. Someone who doesn't sin, right?
b. Sahih Al-Bukhari 3286 -- Satan touches everyone in the world, except Jesus.
c. So Allah can forgive everyone except Jesus, because Jesus disobeyed Allah's command to disobey him.
d. The penalty for disobeying is to be destroyed.....

6. Muslims claim to love God, honor Jesus, and hate Satan. BUT, on closer inspection:
a. Their god wants us to sin, and threatens to destroy us if we don't
b. Their Jesus is God's ultimate nemesis, refusing to sin, even when God threatens him with annihilation
c. The greatest hero in Islam is the Devil himself who saves us from Allah's wrath, by convincing us to sin, so that he (Allah) can forgive us, because he (Allah) is really desperate to show some mercy.

If anyone can make sense of this, feel free to contact the man in the video, David Wood, at Acts17Apologetics / Answering-Muslims and in the meantime, to all you Muslims out there, Merry Christmas.

** For those who don't know, the soundtrack at the beginning and the end of the video is Elvis Presley singing "Here Comes Santa Claus" **

<><

Environmental Trip:

This year’s Environmental Trip will have a focus on
sustainability – how to live in such a way that you could continue to live in
that way for an indefinite amount of time. The goal is to explore many
    different sides of sustainable living.

We will work with the Great Kids Farm to see how to grow
your own food in an urban environment. We will work with Velocipede to learn
about bicycle use and maintenance in the city. We will work with Parks and
People to explore green spaces in Baltimore and take care of them. We will tour
the EPA to see the policy side of green practices. We will also watch
    sustainable/green movies or documentaries.

It won’t just be work though! We will be hiking in the parks
we take care of, enjoying those green spaces. We will go camping in the park
too – surrounded by nature, surrounded by Baltimore. We will also play lots of
games and build a strong group. We can also watch movies for fun – though the
    selection may be limited.

Check out the media tab to see my video and documents tab to download the trip participant application.

Working with people with
intellectual and physical disabilities may make some students uncomfortable at
first, but the deepest growth happens when boundaries are broken and people
live outside of their comfort-zones. By
developing meaningful relationships with the clients at the Arc students will
hear first hand accounts and gain a personal understanding of what life is like
for someone living with a disability. By the end of the trip, students’

be challenged and team members will be able to identify common prejudices,
stereotypes and social problems that face this demographic.

Click on the Media tab to view my video and the documents tab to submit an application.
