Request Help · (410) 455-3838The Technology Support Center is the central hub for all information related to computing technologies at UMBC. This includes being the first point of contact for those with computing questions or problems. If you have an issue or question that can not be resolved at first contact, your information will be logged and you will be issued an incident number. Your incident will be then be escalated to one of a number of groups who will work with you to resolve your issue.
Whether technology is used in a face-to-face (f2f) or online setting (or both), OIT's Instructional Technolgy staff helps faculty and staff solve pedagogical or training problems or create new student learning opportunities.
