What will finance and accounting work look like in 2040? Rebekah Olson, CPA, CEO of the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA), is coming to UMBC to talk about it.
Rebekah has led MACPA, Maryland's professional association for CPAs, since 2022. Accounting Today named her one of its Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting that same year. She'll take questions after the talk, so bring one.
You don't need to be an accounting major to come. If you're studying economics, finance or business, this is the field you're heading into.
