The Adjunct Faculty Advisory Committee (AFAC) is pleased to announce three more awards in fall 2017:
Professor Jamie Falcon (Economics) presented "Evaluating Near-Shore Spinal Injuries and Alternatives to Prevent their Occurrence" at the biennial World Conference on Drowning Prevention in Vancouver, Canada, October 17-19, 2017.
Professor Chan Lin (Honors College) will give a research presentation on "Vision and Memory in Crustaceans" at the upcoming International Congress for Neuroethology, in Brisbane, Australia, July 15-20, 2018.
Professor Sussie Okoro (Africana Studies) will present "The Nigeria/Biafra Civil War and the British Failure in Humanitarianism" at the 2017 Annual Conference of the African Studies Association in Chicago, November 16-18.
