2.     Trauma Aware Teaching Workshop Update, October 17 (Norman)
a. Currently about 25 faculty signed up

3.     Faculty Senate Discussion
a. Orianne Smith (President, Faculty Senate) made announcement to senators about meeting with p/t faculty

bWill put forth a proposed change to by-laws (through my senator)  that would allow any faculty member with 3 years of experience to be a senator

c. Reaching out next week to president of the University Steering Committee that requested we reach out to FS, I’m going back to them with results, and once again asking for AFAC to have a seat as part of shared governance

d. Noticed that AFAC still is not on Shared Governance web page (sent an email to Pat/Roland about this oversight)

4.     Health Insurance
a. Letter went out to Zahira/HR will be at your 10/30 meeting

b. They will have first 30 minutes of the meeting

5.     Meeting Senior Administration
a. Monday, November 23 at 4 pm

b. Don’t forget to meet with your Deans
   1. Provide a report (oral) back to the committee after this meeting
