The ASME E-Board Mini-Bike Project Leads (James Yee and Anthony Santini) are hosting the
First Mandatory Meeting on Wednesday October 3rd in the Seminar Room
located inside the Retriever Learning Center (RLC) during free hour (12 -
1PM) where all members that are interested in participating in the Mini-Bike
Project can meet the Project Leads. For anyone who is unfamiliar with
the location of the RLC, it is directly to your right after entering the
library. As for the location of the Seminar Room, it is the first room
on the left in the RLC. The meeting will entail: taking role/attendance, briefing members on the specifications of the project, brainstorming ideas about the design of the Mini-Bike and delegating members into 4 separate teams based on member interest and expertise. The 4 teams will involve Front-end handling (Steering), Driving mechanism (motors, sprockets, gear ratios), Rear-end and/or Tire Suspension (Suspension system), and the Frame design. Just a reminder, attendance to this meeting is mandatory, for those who do not show up do not participate.
