Assessment 365 is the free monthly professional development highlighting assessment work from the Division of Student Affairs (DoSA) open to DoSA staff and the entire campus community.
Our September 2026 Assessment 365 will feature the following topic:
From Potential to Practice: The Ready to Lead Program explores what happens when emerging leaders are given the tools, connections, and opportunities to translate potential into practice. Through pre- and post-program quantitative data and qualitative alumni reflections, this session examines shifts in leadership competencies, confidence, collaboration, and the overall participant experience. Together, we’ll explore what the data reveal about the program’s impact—and what alumni insights can teach us about strengthening leadership development for future cohorts.
