Refugee and Migration Discussion

Hello globalists,
In light of recent events, the Global Studies Council of Majors is hosting an enlightening discussion regarding the ongoing refugee crisis, its global prominence and subsequent effects, and what may be in store for the future.
On Thursday, December 3rd from 1:30-3:00pm in Commons Room 331 a number of members from the UMBC faculty as well as outside guests will be leading an open discussion on the topic, bringing light to the confusions and intricacies that are closely associated with the crisis.
All Global Studies majors are highly encouraged to attend this event, as well as bring along friends from other academic disciplines and spread the word about the event in order to create an experience that is informative for all.
