Learn to use Microsoft Excel as a data analysis tool

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program used to store, organize, and manipulate data. In addition to these basic functions, Excel also features data analysis and graphing capability. Through a user-friendly point-and-click interface, the non-statistician can perform data analysis without becoming lost in the intricacies of programming. *Note: this workshop assumes the user has a basic understanding of Excel.

The Center for Interdisciplinary Research and Consulting (CIRC) is a consulting service for mathematics and statistics provided by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at UMBC. Established in 2003, CIRC is dedicated to supporting interdisciplinary research for both the UMBC campus community and the general public.
