COEIT is hiring for a new Student Organization Liaison, to start in the Spring 2026 semester. This person will train with our current liaison for one semester to get up to speed for the Fall 2026 semester. Please apply here.

Specific job tasks include:

• Coordinate communication with officers of student organizations
• Facilitate events of student organizations
• Oversee the implementation of events sponsored by COEIT funds
• Maintain record of activities and members of COEIT student organizations
• Serve as liaison between organizations and COEIT/ECEP

Candidates must be a COEIT undergraduate student and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate strong project management ability. Knowledge of student organizations structure, and previous experience with leading a group and event planning is preferred. 

Candidate must be graduating in 2027 or later. 

Compensation will be $15 per hour with a maximum of 10 hours per week during the spring and fall spring semesters.  Exact hours can be coordinated with supervisors upon hire in order to work with the student's schedule as well as to meet department's needs.  Students may be asked at times to work during an event outside of regular hours.
