We hope you had an enjoyable and restful Winter break! COEIT Advisors are here to help new and returning COEIT students. If you need help with a schedule adjustment, still need advising clearance, or have general questions please see the information below for the various ways to connect with a COEIT Advisor.

IMPORTANT START OF SEMESTER INFORMATION:

Advisors will do their best to be available virtually on weekdays in which UMBC is closed due to the impending snowstorm. However, please understand that extreme weather may impact power or internet availability for advisors. If you are unable to connect with an advisor during your scheduled meeting time please send an email to coeitadvising@umbc.edu and an advisor will respond as soon as we are able. Walk in Advising will only be available if the University is open. Please continue to monitor UMBC communications for any changes to advisor availability.
