CODE2040 is a non-profit organization that brings top Black and Latino/a computer science and engineering undergraduate and graduate students to Silicon Valley for tech internships and jobs. Through their flagship Fellows program, students get the opportunity to have a full time internship at companies like Facebook, Foursquare, and Jawbone. The TAP Program prepares students to apply for tech jobs and internships through a comprehensive program that includes in-person workshops, mentoring and coaching, and online meetups.
