Life is full of unprecedented challenges today that affect us both individually and collectively in seen and unseen ways. Dealing with the ever changing reality of COVID and the critical national conversations about racial injustice create a level of uncertainty, fear, and complexity that left untended, can cause suffering and paralysis. In this 1.5 hour experience we will collectively discuss these challenges & identify our personal stressors, explore the power of mindset, and practice several coping strategies that can help us navigate our new normal. While pain is unavoidable, suffering is optional. You will walk out of this session with an expanded narrative, a better understanding of yourself, and tools to help you help yourself and others during these challenging times.
