Maria Bernedo Del Carpio
Current research focuses largely
on environmental issues related
to water management and climate
change adaptation, behavioral
aspects of individual decision
making, and the interaction
between the two. In this seminar
Maria will present an overview of
her research on interventions to
improve water management and
reduce household water
consumption in developing
countries.
Pedro Pintassilgo
Game theory studies the strategic
interaction between decision
makers. It is widely used in
natural resource management
and particularly in fisheries. This
seminar shows how game theory
can shed light on the formation
and stability of cooperative
fishery agreements, both at
national and international levels.
