The US Postal Service is recruiting for two new full-time entry-level positions in our unit that are meant for majors in economics. The positions are for Financial Analyst and Data Analyst. Both positions are a good fit for any economics major, though the Financial Analyst position is best for applicants more skilled in financial or economic theory, while Data Analyst is better for applicants on the data science side. Regardless, applicants can apply for both positions. The start date for these positions is March or July 2024, so they would be perfect for economics students graduating this Fall or in Spring 2024.
The postings for them are here:

This is a great position for economics students interested in a government career and who would like to stay in the DC-Baltimore area. The applications are due October 31.
