Our FINAL ENTR Workshop of the semester will be held soon!!  Daniel Fitzgerald and Amanda Chong are Associates at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Mergers and Acquisition Team.  They will discuss the importance of legalities when starting a business.  They will also share some important “nuts and bolts” you will need to know!
