1 Million Cups Baltimore Launches THIS WEDNESDAY!
1 Million Cups (1MC) is a national program to engage, educate and connect local entrepreneurs. Founded by the Kauffman Foundation, 1 Million Cups is based on the notion that entrepreneurs network, collaborate and discover solutions over a million cups of coffee. The free, weekly gathering helps build and support startup communities on a grassroots level. The inaugural event will take place on Wednesday March 15th at 9am at OCA Mocha in Arbutus.
Subsequent events will be held the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month and are always free and open to the public.

Money Power DayMoney Power Day is the region's largest financial fitness fair and will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Poly-Western High School in Baltimore City. WIB-Capital Region: Watch Party for Driving Innovation and Entrepreneurship-The I-Corps ProgramOn March 22nd, WIB-Capital Region, the University of Maryland Graduate Research Innovation District,(GRID), and WIB-RTP will come together to learn more about ICORPS. The I-Corps program is an innovation training program created by the National Science Foundation that supports researchers seeking to increase the impact of their scientific discoveries. Faculty and student researchers who participate in the program learn how to evaluate the commercial potential of their innovations through hands-on training that allows them to test their business hypotheses about how innovation may be used to provide impact in the real world.
