About the Event
The first three months of any business is exciting, but there are some important steps to take before venturing too far in the startup journey. Based on validated references and personal experience of the speaker, this workshop will cover some basic steps:
1) How to come up with valuable startup ideas for products and services
2) How to identify the core of the important problem the startup will
address
3) How to write and use a user story to refine the problem-idea and make
a unique connection with the users (the customers)
4) How to measure the wants, needs and concerns of the potential users
and business partners when introducing them to the startup idea
These four steps, in addition to some straightforward administrative concerns, are a good basic plan for most new startup businesses.
