The purpose of this survey is to gather input from staff across all USM institutions related to two specific areas: remote work and return to work. One goal is to better understand the experiences of staff engaging in remote work over the past year, as well as to learn more about the experiences of staff who remained on campus during the pandemic. Another goal is to collect input from staff as campuses prepare for return to work during the upcoming summer/fall semesters.
Results from this survey will be kept anonymous by institution and will be shared with the Chancellor of the USM as well as each of the Presidents of each institution.
The survey can be completed by any exempt or non-exempt staff member at all 12 institutions and all 3 regional centers within the USM. Responses must be submitted no later than Monday, May 17th.
