Jean Feldman, Head, Policy Office, Division of Institution and Award Support, within the Foundation's Office of Budget, Finance, and Award Management, is featured in a series of You Tube videos describing the various parts of an NSF proposal.  These videos run from 2-4 minutes and have some great information.  I would advise anyone working with NSF proposal submissions to watch this series.
