New faculty (e.g., tenure-track, library-rank, non-tenure track faculty) at UMBC are invited to participate in a year-long, university-wide group mentoring program. Provost van Dulmen will also be joining the participants for lunch.

The three workshops scheduled for the fall '24 semester are:

  Workshop #3: "Aligning Your Professional Goals with Your Core Values (Part I)"
