Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) meeting this Thursday!
Fully-funded critical language programs for Summer 2015!

Sara Bartfield from the Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) program will be on campus on Thursday, October 16, from 3:00 to 4:00pm in Commons 331 for an information session on the program and the application process. The CLS is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and offers fully funded summer language institutes for U.S. university students. Successful applicants spend 8-10 weeks overseas during the summer learning Arabic, Azerbaijani, Bangla, Chinese, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Punjabi, Russian, Turkish, or Urdu. The deadline for Summer 2015 applications is November 12, 2014.
Next week, Dr. Brian Souders will host two CLS writing workshops:
RSVP to the writing workshops by clicking the date/time above and then "I CAN ATTEND." If you are not a member of Study Abroad group, you must first become a member by clicking "JOIN THIS GROUP." You do not need to RSVP in order to attend the CLS Info Session on Thursday.
