Global partnerships are a valuable component of UMBC’s global engagement. Our international programs, research, and engagement rely on partnerships. The Office of Global Partnerships (OGP) is the point of contact for partnerships that involve one or more partner organizations located in a foreign country.

As a public university, UMBC welcomes delegations from international academic institutions, government agencies, and other organizations that are interested in collaborations that align with our research and academic interests and that further the mission of UMBC. Visits are usually with existing partners and are focused on the enhancement of existing relations and collaborations. If you are interested in establishing a new partnership please consult our process for establishing a partnership.
