HPC Summer "Drop-In" Office Hours

The DoIT Research Computing Team is hosting drop-in office hours every Monday during the summer from 1500ET - 1600ET. Anyone can drop by ENGR 102 or sign-on to the webex link given in this announcement. No sign-up required.
It's always best to have clear questions and/or an RT Ticket for reference. If the Research Computing Team members determine that the issue cannot be solved in an hour, they'll help you submit an RT ticket for continued discussion.

Please note that issues will be addressed during these drop-in hours in a first-come, first-served fashion.
Make sure you're read through the HPC User Documentation, too. We work to ensure common problems are documented there to ensure users have access to everything they need to get going.
