This in an open office hours for all users of UMBC's HPC Cluster, chip. It is intended for any issues that may arise from using the system. It is NOT intended to be a code debugging session. If it all possible, having a ticket an RT ticket in with us helps, as it gives us a chance to review your issue before sitting in person with it. Please keep in mind that availability is first come, first served. Problems that cannot be reasonably be resolved in the hour may be rescheduled with the administrator.
