I wanted to share my Thanksgiving experience in Japan.
Thanksgiving is a very important holiday for me as it gives me a feeling of closeness to my family who I only get to see twice a year.
In order to get a similar feeling of togetherness, I organized a Thanksgiving feast at my dormitory at Nanzan University.
I made my favorites: Green bean Casserole (a favorite at the potluck), tatertot hotdish (a Midwest classic), baked chicken, and BBQ chicken. All was made in a toaster oven!
