Each person has a unique set of social identities which impacts the way they move throughout the world. These social identities may present individuals with privilege or oppression. Have you considered the roles that privilege and oppression play in your life? Target groups represent social identity groups that have been historically marginalized and disenfranchised whereas agent groups represent those identity groups that have unearned privileges in society.
