I have had a couple emails and texts in the last few days concerning the conditions found in both the conference rooms and shared refrigerators. If you are using any facility in the building, please try to leave it in as good as, if not better condition than you found it. Lab groups have found lunch bags and crumbs in conference rooms upon entry for meetings. Spills and expired food have been found in shared refrigerators in the research wings and the building has seen an invasion of mice throughout the last few weeks.
This is a shared facility, we all need to take respossibility for the upkeep of the shared spaces.
