Minors working in laboratories

I know that this is late in the game, but with all of the changes instituted by the general council, I needed the dust to settle somewhat before I put instructions together for high school volunteers or summer students to work in research labs. 

What emerged was a five step process, the first four which only need to be completed once for the PI, with the 5th part needing signatures from the minor in question, their parent or guardian, the PI and then the chair person or director of the unit.
