"This Moroccan Life": Production by INDS Student Asif Majid
Sunday, May 12, 2013 · 4 - 9 PM
This Moroccan Life,
the Brechtian play written by Asif Majid during his year of study abroad in Morocco, will be produced on May 12 at 4 and 8 PM in UMBC's University Center (UC) Ballroom. Doors open 30 minutes before each show, and both shows are free and open to the public.
This play is part of a broader research project that considers social justice issues in Morocco. From Asif: "I am excited to be working on this project with an incredible group of talented individuals and to be embracing the production's interdisciplinary character. Thus, I hope that you will be able to join us on this adventure."
