Watch the keynote and presentations from the OER Showcase
On Friday, May 5 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. we held our M.O.S.T. OER Creation Showcase and heard from faculty across the state who have created openly licensed instructional and learning materials.
Recordings from the Showcase are now available on the event webpage, along with links to the presenters’ OER.
The Showcase began with a keynote presentation, Using Open to Create More Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Resources, presented by Apurva Ashok, Executive Director of the Rebus Foundation.
Following the keynote presentation, there were three concurrent Showcase blocks featuring Maryland faculty and the open educational resources they have created, including resources for courses such as data analytics, ESL, grant writing, Spanish, quantitative literacy, and engineering.
We encourage you to check out their resources and listen to the recordings of their presentations!
All events, groups, organizations, and centers are open for full participation by all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other protected category under applicable federal law, state law, and the University's nondiscrimination policy.
