Kuali Training - Proposal Development Basics

1/2 Day Class for Department Administrators

Monday, October 9, 2017 · 9 AM - 12 PM

This course is for any department administrator who prepares proposals and covers the construction of a full proposal using Kuali software. Participants will learn all functions of proposal development, including Kuali navigation, adding proposal attachments, and submitting the proposal for approvals.

Also included in this class is the introduction of S2S (system-to-system) proposal creation using Grants.Gov.

This course is "hands-on" and laptops will be provided. You will be expected to participate and complete the exercises during the class. A Training Guide is provided. (linked to this event)

Audience: any department administrator who prepares proposals.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to -

Navigate Kuali,
Create and edit proposal documents and upload attachments,
Understand Kuali proposal routing, and workflow
Submit a proposal
