What, when and how are we called to resist?
Home-cooked meal and discussion
Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a German Lutheran pastor living during Hitler's reign. He was faced with the question of how and when to resist Hitler's policies. He became a part of the Confessing Church movement- a movement actively opposing Hitler, a movement opposed to the actions of most German churches, who went along with many of Hitler's decrees. Was Bonhoeffer right in his ways of resisting, which included a plan to assassinate Hitler? Come to discuss.
