Mindful eating and shaping community through food

Since the earliest moments, the Christian community has gathered around meals.  So what do these meals look like?  And how do they help create community?  And how does gathering around a meal that is connected to our faith help us to be more mindful about all our eating and all our meals?  Come to eat (shockingly!) and discuss
