**Title:**End Behaviour for a Flutter Model

**Abstract:**We look at a coupled system consisting of a panel on the boundary of a fluid flow. The fluid is assumed to have perturbations about a constant subsonic flow velocity in the x-direction. We look into the long term dynamics of the system and see if something can be said about the solutions as we let time go to infinity. In the case where the initial perturbation for the fluid flow is localised, the plate equation for the panel can be decoupled from the fluid equation. We then use the solution for the plate equation to solve the fluid equation. We will also touch upon the well-posedness of the problem, energy estimates and the set of stationary states associated to the problem.
