Title: Social Network Analysis for Understanding of Animal Behavior
Abstract: A Social Network is visually represented by a graph called Network Diagram. It deals with such concepts as Isolated Vertices / Directed arcs / Symmetric arcs / Cliques / Out-degree [Reaching out / Expansiveness] / In-degree [ Popularity] / Reciprocity [ Symmetric relation] / Degree Centrality / Closeness Centrality / Betweenness Centrality / Eccentricity /.... This talk will focus on "Social Network Analysis of Animal Behavior" with reference to a group of elephants. All the above concepts will find applications in the analysis of network data.
