Institutions recognize the importance of providing quality student services, an effort that is becoming front and center in an increasingly competitive environment. In an effort to improve student services, Northern Arizona University (NAU) worked with Sierra-Cedar to create its Student Service Center, a physical one-stop shop with staff representation from a variety of service areas on NAU’s campus. Learn how NAU leveraged its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to capture student interactions and key data to help meet its current business goals. This session will highlight the University’s planning and decisions that led to transformative initiatives that will ultimately fulfill its vision for the future. A live demonstration and Q&A session will also be included.
