Hello MTC Members, 

We want to inform you that Evie Graham has stepped down from their role as Vice President for the remainder of the 24-25 school year. 

Soon we are starting the process of voting in a new board for the 25-26 school year and since it will take a moment to replace our VP we have decided to wait until board elections to find a new VP. In the meantime the rest of the board will be handling the responsibilities. So if you are interested in the position, please keep an eye out for when board election information comes out. 

In order to run for VP or any position on the board you need to be an active member of our club. Here are the requirements as written in our bylaws. You will also need to be an active member to vote for the new board as well. 

• Participating as a member of either cast or production staff of our current spring show
• Or 
• You have attended at least 2 GBMs/Events this semester

A great way to keep up with board elections would be to come to our GBMs. Soon we will be doing board presentations where you can learn the details of each job and ask questions.
