Hey MTC! Spring is right around the corner, so here's what we've got coming up!
Tickets for our spring musical Grease are now available at https://umbctickets.universitytickets.com/w/event.aspx?id=3690. They are FREE for UMBC students and $7 for the general public. You can also purchase tickets in cash for $7 at the door 30 minutes before the start of each performance.
General Body Meetings
GBMs are back after spring break on Fridays from 12-1pm in ILSB 237! Here are some to add to your calendar:
- March 27: Prom theme suggestions
- April 3: Executive Board information session and prom theme announcement
- April 24: Executive Board elections
- May 1: Meet the new Executive Board and Showcase theme suggestions
We will not have GBMs on April 10 and 17 because they are performance days for Grease.
Paint and Sip Prom
Our annual prom will be Friday, April 24 from 7-9pm in the ACC Gold Room! We'll be doing a paint and sip with musical theater-themed mocktails and desserts. Dress up and bring your friends!
If you are an active MTC member, come to our GBM on March 27 to suggest ideas for the theme. We'll be sending a Google form after the GBM where you can vote!
As a reminder, you must meet either of the following requirements to be considered an active member with voting rights:
- Attended at least two GBMs or non-performance events
- Be participating in a production as cast or crew
