The Uniform Guidance is a set of regulations, located in the Code of Federal Regulations at 2 CFR 200.It provides the overarching guidelines for administering Federal awards and expenditures.This guidance provides both federal agencies and the entities that receive federal funds a set of standard guidance facilitating stewardship and accountability of Federal funds.
Please join us as we discuss 2 CFR 200 Subpart E: Cost Principles. As recipients of federal funds, we are responsible for the efficient and effective administration of the Federal award through sound management practices. These principles are used to determine the allowable costs of work performed under Federal awards.
