Service Event Updates
Good morning everyone! Hope you guys are doing well!
We have some important updates for you guys regarding the our Signature Service Event.
- The trunk-or-treat has officially been cancelled due to some administrative issues. We apologize for any inconveniences that may have occured.
- Instead, we are organizing a traditional food drive around campus (which was the second most popular choice from the poll from early October).
- For our November 6th GBM (in ILSB 101), we are inviting all of you guys to come and help us decorate donation boxes for the drive.
- November is nationally recognized as Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month, so it ties in nicely with our servie theme of Food Insecurity.
- If you happen to have moderate to large sized cardboard boxes that are sturdy enough, and you are willing to donate them to the org., please let me or another executive member know. We would greatly appreciate that effort.
- Come with lots of ideas and bring your creative side with you!
See you then!!
