UMBC has negotiated a new Facilities and
Administrative Costs Rate Agreement with our cognizant federal agency,
the Department of Health and Human Services, for F&A rates from
FY2021 through FY2025.
Please read and review both the Agreement and Guidelines. New rates are effective as of January 1, 2022.
