Happy last week of break! We hope you have all had a wonderful holiday and are ready for classes. For the spring semester, oSTEM will hold in-person general body meetings in the Pride Center every other Tuesday from 2:30-3:30 p.m., starting on January 27th. The Tuesdays in between will be a virtual meeting on Discord at the same time. Our plan for February is as follows:

• 1/27, in person: Welcome Back Social
• 2/3, online: Navigating the oSTEM website
• 2/10, in person: Making zines
• 2/17, online: Jackbox/games
• 2/24, in person: Know Your Rights

Additionally, we have two tentative events.

• A speaker panel event on March 26, 2-3:30 in Commons 331, about the hardships and positives of being queer in the STEM workforce.
• A Black History Month event on Feb 11, 12-1 in Math/Psych 102.

These events may have to be shifted due to guest availability, and we will keep you updated if that happens. Otherwise, we hope to see you all soon!
