In order to make a club you are required to have at least 5 positions. 4 of those must be the clubs government positions. One person has shown interest in becoming the vice president for the club so the only positions we need filled now are the treasurer and the secretary. The treasurer's roles include managing the organizations funds and ensuring compliance with all financial rules and guidelines. The secretary's roles will include recording and archiving information from meetings and activities and performing small tasks that are delegated to them.
