CoM Luncheon TOMORROW: MD Governor-Candidate Charles Lollar

I have some especially exciting news for you this week:
The Political Science Council of Majors will be holding a special Luncheon tomorrow (10/16) promptly from 12 to 12:45 PM. Keeping with tradition, this “Brown-Bag” (bring your own lunch) event will be held in Room 354 of the Public Policy Building.
I am pleased to inform you that the guest speaker will be Charles Lollar, a Republican Party candidate running for Maryland Governor.
“Charles Lollar is a concerned citizen, hardworking taxpayer, business executive, Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and, most importantly, devoted husband and father of 4 daughters. Charles was born in Toppenish, Washington. His father, a tax consultant, instilled in him an old fashion work ethic while his mother, a librarian, taught him how to be compassionate and caring for his fellow man.After attending McEachern High School, Charles earned an AA degree from Emory University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Kennesaw University, and an MBA from Regent University. Professionally, Charles was General Manager for Cintas Corp. where he oversaw 170 employees and a $23 million sales budget. He is the former Chairman of New Day Maryland PAC. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Taxpayers Association, The Harbour League, Conservative Victory PAC and Second Genesis. He served on the Executive Board of Directors for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Leadership Maryland and Leadership Prince George's County. Charles served as the Chairman of the Maryland Taxpayers Commission, fighting to protect the interests of Maryland taxpayers and was the Maryland State Director of Americans for Prosperity.”
