The Speaker’s Fellowship Program offers invaluable, firsthand political experience to high school and college students with an interest in government, politics, and community organizing. Participants will work with Democratic campaign staff for Speaker Mike Busch, District 30 Senate candidate Sarah Elfreth, and County Executive candidate Steuart Pittman to learn valuable skills in all aspects of the democratic campaigning process. Speaker’s Fellows will also gain a comprehensive understanding of the public policy issues affecting their communities.
