UMHS: Recap of October 16th's Meeting
University of Medical Health Sciences
Shyam Dharia, the Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Medical Health Sciences, came in to guest lecture. During the presentation he discussed:
- international medical education and its benefits
- the quality of education at UMHS compared to other Carribean medical schools and to US medica
- preparation for the USMLE Step 1 exam
- medical programs available at the university
- class set ups and resources provided to UMHS students
- the lifestyle of students at the university
